I almost tried to cancel the order once I saw that it was shipping from China. I figured it would be weeks away from delivery. It arrived after a few short days. Total surprise. The strut assembly itself was really good. My only complaint would be the crappy, non-motor grade nuts that came with it. Just keep your old ones and you’ll be fine. Worth the money and the ride is great again on the 2015 Tahoe

When the struts arrived, there was a hole in one of the boxes where the metal from the spring inside wore through the cardboard during shipping. I was missing one of the nuts for the top of the strut. I notified the vendor via email and they suggested I replace locally at an auto supply store and they would reimburse me. Fair deal. They were also quick to answer other questions I had. Initially I was distraught at the website giving NO indication the product would ship directly out of China and I was worried about being taken for a ride. The product shipped very quickly. It took me a few weeks to get around to installing and I've since put about 50l miles on the struts and all seems well.
